All I can say is that OUR Board of Directors that are either so UNHAPPY with themselves or UNHAPPY WITH LIFE..
Just when you think you have PEACE in the Neighborhood… they RISE up again.. with NEGATIVE AGENDA’S..
Please PRAY that these NEGATIVE PEOPLE find HAPPINESS and MIND their OWN BUSINESS..
if they took care of their OWN PROPERTIES.. they would be tooo BUSY to get into other’s LIVES.
Always Wanting to SPEND OUR MONEY (GHPOA DUES) for THEIR PERSONAL AGENDA’S… soooo sad…
Hiding behind the GHPOA to try to HURT their NEIGHBORS.. what happen to Love thy Neighbor?
This constant BICKERING is not GOOD for ANYONES HEALTH… BOD’s are CAUSING many Residents to have HEART BURN over their NEGATIVE ACTIONS.
They should all Resign and get a LIFE somewhere else.
They are most Certainly HURTING OUR PROPERTY VALUES with all of the NEGATIVITY…
Seriously, would YOU want to LIVE in this atmosphere?
The BOD that were on the Board 15 years ago no longer LIVE here now, same thing, in 15 years these SPEND HAPPY BOD’s will most probably be gone and so will our GHPOA FUNDS!
BE HAPPY! SMILE it only makes you look better!!! If You knew how BAD you looked all GRUMPY you would SMILE!
