Mrs. Cannon
We are a group of teacher and students from The Catholic University of America. Your reaction and action to us, and Mr. Yuen our host is most indecent and inhumane situation I've ever encountered in my life. You betray yourself as deaf and a dumb person after Mr. Yuen introduced himself. Mr. Yuen repeated ten times to get to know you, shame on you. We recommend Mr. Yuen get out of Glen Haven ASAP and donate all his homes to homeless shelter and drug rehab center, where the needy have a decent home to stay. I've known Mr. Yuen to be the most charitable person to this organizations in the District of Columbia. Mrs. Cannon in Glen Haven you are not worthy to be a neighbor to anyone by your behavior today. Enjoy the afternoon in the violent and serene nature of the Potomac river. May God be kind to you and yours

Five of us including Mr. Yoon. 3 females and 2 males. Mr. Yoon brought the Sea Doo power boat from DC Washington Channel to Glen Haven to garage at the roc's house he is buying next week. We temporary parked the Sea Doo at his present house around the corner from the dock. We came down to Glen Haven yesterday afternoon on the invitation of Mr. Yoon to attend Mr. and Mrs. Matthew and Jennifer Welder's open house cookout and to participate Welder's recreational party. Mr. Yoon's boat was unable to start because of the dead battery, we subsequently got the boat started with a new battery from Charles Town's Wal-Mart. While we tried to start the engine of the boat, a couple with a golden retriever dog arrived at the dock in their grey/ silver colored vehicle, pulling a trailer with the outboard engine row boat waiting to back down the ramp into the dock. We yielded to them immediately by hand pull the Sea Doo to the non-ramp side of the dock. As the couple saw us in the platform, the man, masculine, about 6 feet tall, the lady relatively shorter in height with golden pony tailed hair, wears glasses. Mr. Yoon in the most friendly remark to the couple "Are you visiting?" Without answering Mr. Yoon directly, the man replies, "We live here, who are you? Do you belong here?" Mr. Yoon replied loudly and ID his name "Koon Yoon". Then there was a complete silent from the couple. Mr. Yoon then enthusiastically ask the couple for their names and whereabouts the neighbors might live in Glen Haven. No reply. After the Man unloaded his boat into the water, one of us tried to pet the dog, the lady pulls the dog away for a chance to pet. While the man retrieve the vehicle and his trailer to parking area above the ramp, Mr. Yoon continue to ask the eyeglasses lady nicely for their names, and who they are repeatedly. Mr. Yoon at one point says, "now you know who I am, I want to make sure you belong in this boat dock, can you introduce yourself ?. The lady just acted like a deaf and dumb person similarly to those students attending Gallaudet College in DC, emotionless, and non-responsive. Mr. Yoon finally gave up when the man yelled to his lady." Are they giving you trouble?" She replied to him "No". Mr. Yoon last remark before they take off to the water, say loudly to us so that the couple can hear," I remember in your dorm room, you have a copy of the software program that can do facial recognition. We will know who they are even if they won't tell us their names"
